We provide end-to-end service: industrial design, Design for Manufacturing optimization, prototyping, tooling oversight, on-site QC, and retail strategy. Absolutely. While our roots are in sporting goods, we work across consumer products, training equipment, home goods, and electronics. Our expertise is in physical product development—injection molding, electronics integration, and complex assembly. We welcome projects of all sizes and industries.

Chinese factories are excellent at manufacturing, but they typically can't help with industrial design, DFM optimization, regulatory compliance, quality control oversight, or retail strategy. We manage the entire ecosystem - design in Canada, manufacture in Asia with our trusted partners, QC at source, and deliver retail-ready products. You get one throat to choke, not a dozen vendors to coordinate.

Absolutely. We've run successful Kickstarter campaigns for Bolt Sports products. We help with: campaign strategy, reward tier structure, product photography, demo videos, timeline planning, and backer communication templates. We've been in your shoes and know what works (and what doesn't).

We're transparent: $10K won't get you to mass production, but it CAN get you a professional prototype and business plan to raise additional funding. We'll help you understand the full investment required and create a phased approach that matches your budget reality. Many of our clients started with limited budgets and used our work to secure funding.

We sign NDAs before any detailed discussions. You retain 100% ownership of all designs, CAD files, tooling specs, and manufacturing documentation. We work with vetted manufacturing partners who also sign NDAs. As a Canadian company, you have legal recourse under Canadian law if anything goes wrong (unlike dealing with offshore-only firms).

No one can guarantee market success - that depends on your product-market fit, pricing, marketing, and execution. What we CAN guarantee: a high-quality, manufacturable product delivered on time and on budget. We can make warm introductions to retail buyers, but you need to sell them on your product's value. Our track record: 100% of products we've developed have launched successfully, with many achieving retail distribution.

It varies by product complexity, but typically 500-1,000 units for the first production run. This is significantly lower than going direct to most factories (5,000+ MOQ). Lower MOQs reduce your financial risk and allow you to test the market before scaling. Once you've proven demand, subsequent orders can be larger for better per-unit economics.

No, though sporting goods is our specialty. We've also developed consumer electronics, home products, and industrial equipment. If your product involves injection molding, electronics, or complex assembly, we can help. What we DON'T do: software-only products, medical devices requiring FDA approval, or products in highly regulated industries we don't have expertise in.
